SHIPPING POLICY

Effective Date: July 14, 2025


1. Order Handling

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Orders placed before 12 PM PST are typically shipped the same business day.


2. Carriers & Shipping Options

  • USPS First‑Class (under 16 oz), USPS Ground Advantage / Priority, or UPS Ground based on weight and value.

  • Alaska & Hawaii shipping via UPS Ground at flat rates.

  • International shipping is not available by default. Please contact us for arrangements.


3. Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more within the continental U.S. (mirroring industry practices of rewarding higher‑value orders).

  • For orders under $100: flat $5 (USPS First‑Class or Ground Advantage).

  • Orders over 1 lb or directed to areas where UPS is required use UPS ground rates, starting at $9.95.


4. Packaging Standards & Protection

  • All cards are sleeved (with penny sleeves), placed in a rigid toploader or shipping shield, sealed in a team bag, and inserted into a padded bubble mailer or small box so they can’t shift or bend. 

  • High‑value items ($25+) are individually sleeved, securely taped top-loaders, and further cushioned.

  • Orders over 200 cards or sealed hobby boxes are boxed using reinforced containers and layered packing materials for full protection.


5. Tracking & Insurance

  • Every shipment includes tracking and standard USPS/UPS liability coverage up to $100 (or $200 on international Priority Mail). eBay

  • Additional insurance (package declared value) is available at cost. We strongly recommend insurance on orders over $150, especially for graded cards or high-value slabs.


6. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Packages

  • Report issues within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date. Please include your order number and photos.

  • We’ll assist you in filing a carrier claim and offer a replacement or refund, subject to the outcome of any insurance claim.

  • Tracking is required—no refunds or reships are issued for untracked packages without declared insurance.


7. Address Accuracy & Re-Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a reshipment fee of $9.95 (or $5 if sent under 1 lb) applies.


8. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-orders ship promptly once released (typically within 1 business day).

  • For combined orders (in-stock + pre-order), you can choose to ship everything together or ship in-stock items immediately.


9. Local Pickup – Las Vegas Only

  • Choose “Local Pickup” at checkout to collect your order at our Las Vegas location.

  • Most orders are ready within hours of purchase.


10. Business Hours & Customer Support

  • Shipping hours: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 3 PM PST

  • Orders placed after 12 PM or on weekends are shipped next business day.
